We were riding with Sara Davis to do a test drive of our shiny new John Deere utility vehicle a while back. On the way home she mentioned that a couple had called to get some trimmings picked up at Vista Lobos. Well, being the recruiters that we are, we asked her if we could make a Project out of Vista Lobos Park. After getting an affirmative nod we met with Andrea and Noel Carr the next morning. Seeing as they lived directly across the street, they were very excited to become the official Primary Caretakers for this best kept secret park. Since then they have been working ever day to clean things up and are excited that we will continue forever to spruce it up until it is something we can all be proud of.
It really has the potential to be a lovely oasis on the north side of town. Here are some shots we took.
