One of the great treasures of the world, this spectacular one mile pathway surrounded by incredible cypress trees and views of Point Lobos and Pescadero Point beyond a white sand beach needs significant renovations and we are committed to getting the job done quickly and efficiently.
This world-class venue takes up two blocks. The surrounding grounds require a ongoing maintenance and there are many opportunities for repairing and replacing landscaping and related infrastructure. We are looking forward to beautifying it and keeping it looking good as crowds return to future shows.
Founded in 1910, this outdoor theater is an incredible resource in this COVID-19 era. The City made a major investment in the infrastructure a few years ago and we have completed cleaning up the grounds and getting things ready to support outdoor performances. We plan to continue maintenance and beautification efforts.
Vista Lobos isn’t to many in town. Formerly the home of Hayward Lumber, it now functions as a parking lot and meeting rooms. It is also a park with some nice plants and seating areas. We recently added this to our list of projects and are excited to come up with a maintenance plan and execute it.
This is the main gathering place in Carmel-by-the-Sea and contains many interesting areas. While it is a beautiful place, like most parts of Carmel it could use a little sprucing up. We are working with the City to come up with a long-term plan to add new features and improve existing ones.
This is a lovely setting with a children’s playground, paths to explore and even two tennis/pickleball courts. You never know what you’ll find around the next corner of this classic Carmel setting. There’s lots of opportunities for making it even more beautiful, safe and inviting and that’s what we plan to do!
Back in March when COVID-19 hit our City hard, it became clear that budgets would be severely cut and many services would be reduced or eliminated. Weeds had already started taking over many parts of town and we knew it was time to step up and help out. We made a short video and showed it to our Public Works team, made a presentation to them about how we’d like to help and, with their blessing and encouragement, got to work in June. In just a few months we’ve made great strides and we’re just getting started. We would love for you to join us as we build our volunteer team and take on more projects. It’s fun and rewarding!
